The Monroe County Democratic Committee has had a significant outreach of people, not only our members and volunteers but also concerned citizens that are looking for some what to channel their frustration and energy. In an effort to keep the community engaged, we will to hold this forum to remind people how they can make sure their voice heard in a Donald Trump Presidency, and also how we can continue to build on our successes in balancing the partisan representation in our community.

Now more than ever, we must encourage and foster participation in our democracy to ensure that every voice is heard, and allow Monroe County to become a role model on what an engaged Democratic community looks like.

WHAT: MCDC 'Today We Stand' Event: To hear from the MCDC officials and local elected officials on how to stay involved in a proactive way as we head into year 1 of President Donald Trump.
